FUNCTION

The DZL series vacuum transformer oil purifier removes free and dissolved water, gases and particles from insulating oil. Single-stage and double-stage configurations are available for transformer oil treatment and electrical maintenance. Applications include transformer, capacitor and refrigeration oils.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Efficient Vacuum Separation: This series incorporates Fengyu's horizontal double vacuum separation technology, doubling the evaporation area. This innovation ensures the reliable removal of gases from the oil, achieved through the coalescing oil spray separator.
High-Quality Filtration: It adopts American fine filter elements with an impressive fineness of 5μm and a ß value exceeding 1000.
Low Noise and Durability: The oil transport system is designed for low noise and extended service life, contributing to efficient and noiseless operation.
Precise Temperature Control: Utilizing American heating techniques with thermal radiation, the system offers constant temperature control, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
Automated Control: The DZL Series features a float valve and photoelectric oil level control, eliminating the need for constant supervision. It's also digitally and automatically controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
Advanced De-Foaming: French de-foaming techniques are incorporated to prevent oil leakage and maintain system integrity.
Safe and Reliable: Major electrical components are imported from the United States, ensuring a safe and reliable controlling system.
