The Fengyu patented TC oil purifier, integrated with a transformer loading-switch, effectively addresses issues in large transformers caused by frequent on-load switching, such as oil cracking and contamination. This device enables bypass circulation filtering to maintain transformer oil quality, offering both timed and post-switch regulator filtering options during normal operations. It efficiently removes impurities like free carbon, water, and oxides, thus preserving oil quality, enhancing dielectric strength, increasing switching frequency, and improving overall transformer safety and reliability. Housed in a stainless steel cabinet with a programmable timer for easy operation, it is designed for minimal supervision and accommodates various flow rates and functionalities.
